Really pumped to see Iannone on pole and I'm even enjoying eating my words about Dovi being overrated. Bracing for the inevitable "its the bike, not the rider" posts if either factory Ducati wins. :laughing

Even happier to see Crutchlow qualifying well again.

They broke the live site again. Since the big update over the offseason they've broken it a few times that I've noticed.

This is going to be awesome!!!!!!!

Let's hope so. Historically, Ducati can put in a fast lap, but they just can't match the pace over the entire race. Right now the highest probability outcome for tomorrow has to be Lorenzo's mantequilla y martillo punishing the others into submission from Lap 1 out of San Donato. We all hope Rossi and Galbusera can pull another rabbit out of the hat tomorrow morning, but that looks doubtful.

At any rate, all the "he could be the next alien" Iannone fanboys may get their answer tomorrow.

HARD DICK EVERYTIME!!!

LOL things mentioned in the last CRC Podcast that were relevant today:

-Cheater Duc motors everywhere, they even admitted to putting in modified engines but said it wasn't for more horsepower...yea right..
-Smith and Pirro must've heard your podcast writing them off because damn good times from both of them

Shoutout to the man Aleix!!!!!! A 1'46.854 on that underpowered Suzuki and with a hurt hand. That is crazy close to JLo's record breaking time set in FP3. I swear Aleix just keeps getting better and better, he is in his prime right now and hasn't even peaked yet.

Even more mind blowing is the top 9 are all in the 1'46s.. this season is insane

I bet they had Pirro just practicing at Mugello with a cheater motor for a whole week before this weekend.

Special mention to Vinales with a 1'46.934 in his rookie season on a underpowered bike.

Pirro basically lives here For his job, and hit a wicked tow.

No idea how he will do, but nonetheless excited.

Is it just me or is Cal in a super cheery mood because MM is starting from 13th? I bet he is thinking he has a shot at another podium on Sunday.

Dovi's onboard telemetry said 361kph. Cheater motor for sure. He can prob make up a few tents on Jorge every lap w that. He's just gotta be close onto the straight at the end of the first lap. Well, every lap.

Was looking at the session lap times....Iannone pulled a fast lap out of his ass with Jorge in front playing the carrot. All these guys I'm sure got 2 or 3 tenths out of the soft tire. Iannone ain't gonna be able to fight to the end with his shoulder. Dovi may put up a fight, but really, does anyone see him beating Jorge at Mugello? Mugello isn't the hp track that Qatar is, I don't see Dovi being able to keep it on Lorenzo's rear wheel until the end. Rossi's laps were much more consistent than either of the Ducs. If he finds just a little bit it could be interesting. If not, it's another snoozer with the Metronome ticking off lap after lap at the front.

So, who's Marquez going to use as a berm in San Donato? Yonny would be the obvious choice, but he's too big and strong. I gotta go with Pirro or Vinales. They're expendable.
