I want to replace the flimsy handlebars on my 2003 F650CS with something beefier.
I'm trying to figure out which cross-braced bars from the BMW adventure bikes will fit on my city bike.
If you own a F650GS, R1x00GS, etc. from that period with heated grips, can you please measure your bars and PM me? I need to know the width (without bar-end weights), height, and the amount of space between the bar and the cross-brace.
FWIW, all the handlebar controls/switches on my bike and the 2003 F650GS (with heated grips) are identical - all part numbers match.
Any info on compatible aftermarket bars is also appreciated.
