Bipartisan Salsa!!

I made this salsa today and gave some to my Obama hating neighbor. He loved it. All organic, homegrown (Onion, garlic, heirloom tomato, tomatillo, serano, jalapeno) except the cilantro, salt and pepper.

This salsa could actually save the world...

I have, this time I blanched (???) the tomatillos. Everything else is fresh. If you all haven't had fresh, homegrown garlic and onions you are missing out on life, seriously!!
