Belly pan for sv650...leagal or not?

Hi all-
Getting my sv ready for afm this year.
I purchased a Moto Forza racing belly pan . It has a rear dam and hols well more than the required 3 qt's
but it does have some cut outs. One in front and one on each side. Any issues with that?
Here is a pick with 3 qt's water in it.

As long as it hold the required amount of water, installed, ( not tilted back) it's fine.
