All of 5 miles from my house! Now, just have to decide what to make...

Edit - so, is the judging based on the meat alone, or can we make a sandwich or something? I'm guessing the former, but want to be sure.

This precludes running over to the Buckhorn to grab a Prime Rib and saying I cooked it I guess.:p

Rel is the CEO of the Cook off for sure, but I sure like the 3 categories idea. there will be enough pot luck items to compliment the meat part of the challenge....Also, we will be sure to have distinct station areas for each challenger...clearly marked with your Barf handle, your name and an assigned Number. Taste testers will write down their number of choice and put it in a jar. Everyone who eats will get a chip to vote and I think 2 coupons for beer too.:)
