In Peru it is (or could be) Pure. Safest deal is in Lima, go to the city park...
Find the Diplomate's kids.. They have the pure, and those kids are safe.

The Police don't mess with those kids.

Coca leaf is better though. And, You can buy that by the bundle, in shops that just sell that.
It's part of the life there, even considered sacred.
