Are you waiting for gifts from China?

If you are I hope they weren't in one of these containers.

I predict some unhappy folks won't be getting their (made in China) gifts in time for Christmas.
Even if your gift wasn't one that took a dive, the others on the ONE Apus will be delayed in transit.

So, are you awaiting any orders from Aliexpress or banggood? :(

Damn there's going to be some phat loots for whoever manages to find those lost containers. Also, hate to be the operators who have remove those loads. Shit looks sketchy as fuck.

Well shit. I'm expecting something from Australia and it shipped Nov 29. I hope it didn't transfer to the mainland and end up on that boat.

I have a patio umbrella for the mother-in-law in my garage that looks like it came in on that boat.

Apple lost a ton of product on this, I move freight for them via the Port of LA/LB and well, let's say the NEW ETA to Long Beach is 1/27/20

I remember a ship went down carrying new Volvos a few years ago. I didn’t know there’s been numerous sinking/overturning of PCTCs (Pure Car/Truck Carrier) over the years.

Look closely:

Weird how cargo ships manage to collide at sea.

I mean, shipping lanes are pre-determined routes, you know? Add to that how much navigation these days is GPS and autonav, combined with the fact that these ships are the size of a small town moving on a floating surface with no brakes...
