I heard about this theory years ago on NPR. It is an interesting idea, but I think it could lead to some global strife. If people harness the ability to adjust earth's thermostat, who gets to control it? I could see wars starting over something like this.
And yes, chem-trails are still a myth.

Laughable. ....The mountains if 3rd party independent measuments in the increase if Aluminum, Barium, and Strantium in our air and soils, the patented formulas for atmospheric arisol injection, the discussion and language written into last year's climate summit agreement stating government would not be held accountable for harm done to citizens by spraying of these chemicals,the CIA director standing at a press conference stating he has "Taken a Personal interest in stratospheric arisol injection ",the hundreds of thousands of photographic documentation archives...it takes some serious effort to hide from now what is no longer in question. ..

interesting thought process in regards to this subject...
Is Aluminum , Strontium , and Barium a byproduct of fossil fuel combustion?
Do you believe that for profit Airline carriers have margins on cargo vs fuel costs to have the ability to make those margins engaging in U turns over the Pacific in the Monterrey Bay?
The fact that this is even in print signals that the engaging in this "hide the ball game" is over.

No chemtrails are true. For example the use of chemical crop spraying from airplanes and helicopters. Are there other uses for chemical dispersion from airplanes? Yes and it would be unthinkable that it isn't being exploited. Is there a giant conspiracy to douse citizens with chemicals...no.

Given that the Harvard study will release the compounds in to the atmosphere at roughly twice the cruising altitude of a jet liner, yes, chem trails are still a myth.

My understanding of chemtrails is that they are high altitude contrails that dissipate slower, or are somehow visually distinguishable from normal contrails due to chemicals meant to affect the population below.
This strikes me as extremely unlikely because the agent would likely react, and break down in the jet engine combustion process. Also, a low altitude crop duster type dispersal system would be much more efficient in getting the required dose to the subjects on the ground.
Think about it this way. Rich and powerful people breathe the same air that we do. If they spray chemicals into the air across the entire country, they are affected the same way as the plebs.
There are thousands of pilots, mechanics, airplane loaders, etc. They also breathe the same air as everybody else. Wouldn't some of them know about these chemicals and how would you keep all of these people that have a vested interest quiet?
