Apple is going after amazon because of its app store name the amazon app store. Apple says it own the term app store and that amazon is calling its app store amazon app store to confuse consumers and developers.
Amazon is trying to get the case dismissed.

We should all be more precise. This isn't a patent, it is a trademark. Way different standard.
