harder to get out of bed in the mornings, making me feel lazier, not so active, and just lounging around...

i can have 3 cups of coffee and still wanna take a nap in a couple of hours..

Go home. It's dark. Get Pendleton blanket and prepare recliner with sheepskin back .Check. Put on tha teevee, hopefully football, check. Get snacks. Check. Turn in kinda early. Check. Still be tired the next day. Check. Gain 5 pounds since Oct. 1. Check.

This is a hard time of year for the BA. I mean, I still go the Y three times a week and kick my butt around the circuit then do the elliptical for 30 minutes on high. I yawn the whole freakin' time. Then repeat above as soon as I get home on those days.

You are not alone, OP. I am worthless right now, looking for the roomiest shirts in the closet every morn. And gaining the extra weight exacerbates the tiredness. I may rename fall as "Pre-diabetes season."

You need sunlight brah. Go outside and feel the sun on your skin for awhile, cures what ails you. Vitamin D is the shizz. :thumbup

The Doc has me on the D. Still the holiday times can be rough for some people, be a little extra kind this time of year.

Get a sun lamp (UV bulb) also, and sit in the same room with it for a bit everyday.

Holidays are also a "Winter Blues" issue. I love Thanksgiving, but don't really care about Christmas. My GF isn't a Christmas fan either, so I should be good this year. :)

So far, better than usual. Got a little work, still, and the RT project to keep me busy. When and if the rain hits, tho...i'm staying away from the cheap bourbon..stuff doesn't help me stay away from the crazy place.
little beer and football is a fine way to snooze up a rainy afternoon, but anybody finds themselves stuck binge watching the Weather Channel, give me a holler and I'll intervene.

I pay a princely ransom to Uverse to have quality programming to binge-watch. I seen Battle of the Five Armies about 16 times now!:laughing

Had pnuemonia 2 weeks ago (doc heard some burbling through her stethoscope, put me on antibiotics and a steroid inhaler), didn't feel bad, but yesterday she told me it cleared up. Still working 2 jobs, 10:30or 11am-2:30, then 3pm-midnight for my real job, but the morning job said they're going to give me a written offer tomorrow for a full time gig with them. If I take it (I probably will, they build microwave radar for AWACS planes and bombers), i just have to roll my toolbox about 150 feet across the street to the new job. They have been giving me a tryout for the past month, I passed. The Natural Gas Pump building gig is getting killed by the price of oil, its dead in the water. It was real good money for the past 4 years, but the microwave gig is even better.

No Blahs here. I want a CTS-V.

My coworkers want to decorate our office area for the holidays and were soliciting ideas: paint it all black.

Yeah, I have the blahs.

This time of the year is the worst - finished with all the business of harvest than nothing. Going from 120 to 0 in a couple of days is difficult + no time to do stuff in the evenings due to no daylight savings.
Hopefully kicking up the exercise program will help....

The thing about the sun is that I walk two miles every weekday in the midday sun when its shining (our only storms have been two Mondays really) so it's not just sun exposure.
