Anybody know what kind of bike this is?

Just wondering. Guy crashed real bad in front of my coworkers house. Going way too fast for the road conditions and it was night time and a ford bronco pulled out making a left. This was on Cropley st. in SJ, there's nothing left of the bike just in total pieces.
