Any Interest in starting an Investment group?

I keep seeing threads that are investment/trading related.

I was wondering if there is any interest in starting an investment/day trading group? We could meet a few times a week. Discuss our strategies and ideas. We could make it at a set location or rotate to accommodate interested parties from around the Bay Area.

Hell, the way I see it, there is power in numbers. And the combination of minds and strategies could help those interested, become better traders.:nerd

Lemme know what you think.

I vote for investing in solar panels and windmills! For sure that's the best place to invest if you want HUGE returns! ;)

You wanna pool and invest your money with a bunch of guys that have 20 page arguments over what lube to use at petting zoo's?

I already trade and invest. The two are completely different. I have long term investments and do alittle day trading as well.

I use Thinkorswim by tdamaratrade. I like their layout and platforms. I also find their Shadow trader show very informative. The chatroom that goes along with the show is great. I have never lost on a trade with them. I have lost when I went away from my own rules.

Just thought there might be some here interested in a group.

After looking at how much a Fast Food Franchise costs. It would take a BARF investment group to pull it off.
A more moderate group endeavor would be getting Lefty a really good Bbq. :cool:cool

+1 on the Shadow Trader. Detailed real time chart and market analysis. I know it done for day traders. I was watching the day was going to sell some options. Shadow Trader was explaining the lowest point was reached and was now going up. It was perfectly timed to sell my BofA Put options.

I started a Market investment and trade thread in non-moto activities forum. Alas I am only one posting in it. Its turning into an on going quicky market summary. Be an honor, Day Traders use it.:teeth

I'd be interested in meeting and exchanging trading strategies if it includes a ride like through Alices.
