Just cleaned up my gym and figured I might as well take some pics before it gets messy again.
Here's my current setup that I've been running for the past 2 years:
~495lbs of Olympic Weights
~170lbs of Standard Plates
Dip Bar
Some Generic Olympic Bar
Homemade Axle Bar
EZ Curl Bar
Some Power Rack
T-Bar Row Attachment
Jump Ropes, Resistance Bands, Foam Roller, Chains, Etc
Some Pulley System made w/ pulleys, chain, loop bolt, and nuts
And of course much needed speakers for music
Pretty much everything was bought used off Craigslist
Here's a bonus picture of my first setup many years ago:
Wooden Power Rack I made when I was 15 with a handsaw and drill.
It served me well for a year or two but I figured I oughta upgrade once it started getting wobbly on me :laughing
Hope I'm not alone, anyone else with a home gym? Take some pics and show it off here!
