The g/f and I just bought a Tracy home and wish to remodel the kitchen (house was built in 1990). New cabinets & marble counter tops along with a new sink & faucet, and knocking out the right-side wall to create a counter that will open out into the living room. Our original contractor quoted us $8500 but he is now unavailable; the current one we're dealing with wants nearly $15k. :rolleyes
We have the kitchen measurements as drafted up by an architect, and the materials paid for and on order. Are there any BARFers who are either remodeling contractors, or know of any who would be willing to do the work, or know someone who can do it? :cool
