Any (4-wheel) Overland types in here?

Man it's something else out there.

I'm really enjoying everyone's trips and trucks, but just had to comment that this is a particularly stunning photo.

Tire update:

Went from 265/60r18 BFG TA KO2 to 285/60/r18 Michelin Defender LTX M/S.

I got ~46,000 miles out of the BFGs. The Michelin’s are warrantied to 70k miles.

Huge difference in ride comfort and noise right off the bat. Quieter, smoother. Fuel economy is supposed to be a bit better but we’ll see. Probably won’t notice.

Looking forward to seeing how these do in Tahoe.

just got new wheels and tires. went 35s. wish i woulda went 37s but im pretty happy with how they turned out

You didn't buy your SUV because you were worried about fuel economy anyway, right? :laughing

I haven't worried about fuel economy in ANY of my cars for the most part lol. Almost 100% V8s, almost 100% trucks / SUVs. A brief flirt with a WRX was the lone outlier for non-V8, and a Camaro was the other outlier for non-truck/SUV.

That being said...my next purchase will likely break with both traditions and be a 6-cylinder 2-door coupe.

That's awesome! :laughing

i like the trailer that converts to a hammock. which might be kinda cool for a truck too lol roof hammock

Somebody makes one that hooks up to the trailer hitch. Almost bought it but I didn't want all that junk hanging back there getting in the way of me opening my tailgate.
