I know, this should be in the sink, BUT it has sat in my mind for a week now, I think it deserves some discussion. Good, Bad, me being stupid, who knows...

Absolutely awesome! Get em started young while it don't hurt to crash! I'm sure the rider was ready to bail and take a slide for the midget.

Definite thumbs up!

That's pretty cool! Looks like you're going about it the right way. Here's some parenting advice: little people do things to please Mom & Dad. If he does it for himself, I think that's great; if he's only doing it cause you want him to, I'd rethink it.

With that said he certainly doesn't look worried or bored! :thumbup

Just imagine the difference in RPM of the cartwheels of junior vs. Daddy if things go sideways.

It's all great until he crashes and his kid is permanently injured, due to his dad making the decision to risk his life.

:afm199 exactly; I'd not do that w/my kid! Taking a BIG chance of permanently injuring little kids is just plain stupid. : |

The kid has no idea of what is happening, the risks involved, or the possible consequences. He's just happy to hang with dad. That does not make it safe or a good thing.

Looks like he does have an idea of what is happening and has probably felt a consequence or two. Not much worse than kids back in the day dirt biking with just a helmet and cruising the farm lands.

Uh huh. We didn't have a clue dirt riding (before I was of-age), wore a $12 helmet. I still wonder how I wasn't killed more than a dozen bails...:afm199
