Yes, it is. Funny story, this thing scared the hell out of me. I was setting up our pit and someone just came up on a moped. They parked it in the next pit over. I was busy tying down the canopy and heard this high pitch "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" sound and a tire squealing. I couldn't turn around right away and thought maybe the moped blew up or something. As soon as I could I turned around to see Higbee lighting up his tires. This motorcycle was so quiet it was unbelievable. The tires squealing were louder than the motorcycle.:wow

Check out the TTXGP rider in pic 13! The huge box of batteries on his bike is dangerously close to the track surface, but his forks are fully extended! How did he avoid crashing on that thing?!

the electric bike with the R1 bodywork never scraped the ground. however, in the next shot, the old school style white electric bike, he scraped the ground constantly
