Its not a pass through yet, I plan on adding a 3 car behind it, with a double roll up door at the back wall of this garage, with the single car garage off to the side so you can drive through the side gate and go straight in, that one will have a lift in it

There is plenty of room back there.

I noticed that about most neighborhoods, you'll see mainly normal houses...then there's always that one silly house Pepto-Bismol pink, or retina-burning neon blue, something crazy like that. Is it because they thought the paint in the bucket would be a different shade once it hit the house?
