There's been a ton of rumors and speculation and if you haven't seen the news - here it is. Keith Fastman Randle was a trackday customer with Keigwin's, Z2 and PTT and began racing with the AFM. He was nice, seemed to be a hard worker and wanted to be part of the motorcycle community. Too bad he was stealing from the community and committing fraud to pay for his fun.
I talked to Randle yesterday - I was sure hoping you would tell me the truth and not hide behind a bunch of lies. Keith, I am disappointed in your decisions and even in the face of obvious proof you think you can spin some story that people will believe. You should have stood up for your mistakes and at least then people could say that in the end, you tried to make it right.
This should be a warning to anyone who thinks they can steal, defraud, use stolen parts, deprive local businesses and think it's all good - it's not. This is a tight knit community of people who stick together and we should not allow thieves, lairs and scam artists in our community - we are better than that.
I applaud Richmond Police Department Det. Tagorda, Leo Vince and several other small businesses who came together to figure it out. I also applaud Road Racing World for their community involvement to reach out to additional victims.
