A/V Equipment Folks!! Help!

Hey guys,

At work I was tasked with finding a setup for audio and visual recording... So I am currently trying to find a setup for microphones and a camcorder to record audio/visual at our Governing Board Meetings... Any idea on where to start looking, well obviously online, but does anyone have any tips, leads or suggestions that may help? I have never done this before... but im sure BARF has an experienced person that could help lead me in the right direction...

Here is an idea of what we need:

13 Microphones for each council member. Mic's each need to be able to be turned on and off.

Audio from Microphones to be able to somehow connect to the video camera (whether it be wireless or not)

A Video camera capable of being left alone recording for 3 hours or so.

Are you doing recording only or streaming also?

You can use any multi-input sound mixer you like. My preference is Harman Soundcraft Ui-16 because it also does echo cancellation if you've got a PA system in the room.

Camera? I've had good luck with Canon XF205.
