This has been posted in the Supermoto forum but I thought I would post it here as a lesson to others.

"Everything from my jaw to my chest to my shoulders hurts. I feel like I got in a fight with Mike Tyson.

Oh well, that's riding. I am fine and so is the bike. Nothing like a good crash to remind you that you aren't invincible.

I came through the sweeper slightly faster than the previous lap but I maintained my same line instead of starting wider and cutting in later. The front end started to chatter a bit more then I was comfortable with so I (stupidly) chopped the throttle, at which point the bike immediately stood up and I target fixated on the haybale that was quickly approaching. I hit the haybale and went over the bars (as is painfully obvious.) Before hitting the ground the last thing I remember seeing was the seat of my bike directly above me and upside down. I hit the ground and took a direct hit to the face; it felt like I had just gotten hit by a linebacker. After the world stopped spinning I looked up to see that my bike had done nearly a complete flip and was lying on its side atop a haybale. My ears were ringing like crazy and stuff was flowing out of my nose.

In retrospect I think I blacked out for a little bit because I can't remember what happened between hitting the ground and being fully upright. The bike was fine."

dood, WE ALL KNOW that you actually target fixated on the latina with the 44DD chichi's that was just on the other side of the wall........and for that, there is only one cure......if you had 5 kids with her, you'd never want to look at her naked again!!!!

Biggest mistake: Letting off the gas.

Cutting the gas stood the bike straight upright. I did it because the front end was pushing so much.

So by chopping the power, you actually high sided, right?

Heal up, jake28.

Nope, the bike stood straight off and I went off of the track. I target fixated on a hay bale and hit, sending me over the handlebars. A small concussion was the only injury.
