Tomorrow(Friday) will be the 3rd anniversary of Nicky Hayden's cycling accident in Italy. His fiancé has asked his fans to to ride 69 miles tomorrow in his honor. I'm going to go on a bike ride so I'm going to stretch it to 69 miles, but she encouraged everyone to do it on whatever you have, moto, bicycle, car etc.. Anyone else doing it?

Have the date on my calendar though.

3 years... I still have the little funeral home prayer thing on my desk I got from Roger Lee.

I'll have rode 69 miles this week by the time I get home Friday. Rode into work 3 times this week, it's a 33 mile round trip.

I had to go to A-town for BP meds, took the truck with the mini yesterday.

Pills secured, I rolled to Creston for another episode on 229.

Never saw Rossi, did three laps on his driveway, looking to call him out.

I've been bicycling a lot and thought to myself "JEesh, that's a pretty big request. I can barely ride 40 miles." Then I realized it was a motorcycle challenge, lol. Maybe I can find time at night to do another form of a "69" tribute. RIP Nicky!!

After a ride the other day I checked my odometer (I usually have it set on a trip meter) and it just happened to be 17K when I parked. Went for a ride today and hit 69 miles after topping off, so I took a pic.
