Triple Threat

I came upon this at about 9:15am this morning. The two separate incidents took place in San Jose on Hwy 87 near Communication Hill in both directions.
What I guessing happened is that a mini van flipped over and over going s/b on Hwy 85. Then n/b 87 traffic stopped/slowed to view or was impacted (visually) by the accident. The downed pilot had a new green ZX10R and either hit or was hit while stopping.
Street cloths and a helmet face mask were in a pile on the freeway in the #1 lane.
Anyone know the outcome or if it was a member?
