Hey!

I ended up with a WWG Co-Pilot. It is a crazy custom Marlin 1895. Beautiful build, but chambered in 457 wwg. Anyone here happen to end up with the same rifle, and reload?

Will post pictures eventually :)

How does one "end up" with a gun like that? Wish it would happen to me.... I'll just have to settle for my 1895GSLTD in .45-70 for now. Boo me. Yea you.

The 1895GSLTD is an awesome gun. Hope you have seen what it is recommended for on the Marlin website. :D

Winter update. I have been going stir crazy and decided to start hand loading. After a decent amount of back and forth, I came up with the idea of converting this rifle to copper only. The first loads are going to utilize the 457 wwg cases, supplied by wild west guns, and a 300 gr barnes tsx copper bullet. I am going to start with hodgdons recommended loading for a 300 gr projectile.

I have a chronograph I need to get repaired, but will be able to gather the data on the load. More info to come! Slowly, but eventually. :)
