Saw 4 chops hovering / circling the San Leandro/Castro Valley hills area, any releaseable info?

It's been on Kron4...truck chase across bridge, chase through the city, then both suspects fled on foot. One has been detained, other was hiding in a neighborhood in the hills. They just recently caught him.
