Motherfucking stupidass PARKING cops just gave me a ticket for no front plates. Since I was parked legally, they have nothing better to do than get me for something as lame as that...

Anyway, what really pisses me off is that I walked down the street and saw at least 2 more cars without plates that DIDN'T get ticketed.

How stupid. DPT is a bunch of retards...they even lost my check last time and I had to resend it.

^ duct tape will fix that. Sunnyvale PD gave me a no front plate ticket on the M3 and I duct taped my plate on and they signed it off.

Yeah, even though this is kind of underhanded, just put the plate on and say they made a mistake. Do it today and take a picture with the newspaper to get the date.

Yeah when me an Donoman were coming back from Sears on Friday. I parked at Clement so we can eat at King of Thai. I grabbed some change to pay the meter and got out of the car. But my stupid ass was so worried about getting out of the rain, I forgot to put money in the meter. Sure as shit, after lunch I had a nice $25.00 parking ticket on my windshield. Doh!!!!!! Plus the the meter maid also made a note on the citation that I was missing a front plate. But it looks like they didn't cite me for it. :shhh

In the past I've had about 3 separate citations for no front license plate. But they've all just been fix-it tickets. ($10 processing fee and officer sign off)

Yeah. Here in my area (Evergreen) parking enforcement comes through here once every 6 months. My Nissan is parked in the street so thats 2 tickets for no plates a year for me.

Once, a few years back, a CHP passed me up on 680, got as far as maybe 2-3 cars ahead, then slowed down till he got next to me, gave me the 3-second stare, slowed again and got behind me and put on the lights.

What did he pull me over for? No front plates.

Yup. Ever since they started with the camera's at the stop lights, people don't have front plates so they can't catch you when they take a pix of you running the light. last I heard it was a big fine.

Well the ticket said I was blocking a wheelchair ramp. I was not blocking it, I was next to it. I didn't even realize it was a wheelchair ramp. There was room to use it, and there was no paint on the curb(it was really faded) and no signs. My cunclusion is FUCK SAN FRANCISCO!! I dont see how people can tolerate living there when there is no parking anywhere.

No front license plate must be the most idiotic reason to pull someone over for.

One day, a year or two ago i was driving on Townsend. I see a moto cop down the block so i slow down, even put on my seatbelt. As I pass by, he is walking back towards his bike, he gives me the stare, and next thing i know, he hops on his bike and is on my rear bumper. As I ask why I was pulled over, he says no front plates. Unfookin believable. I think he just smelled the kripy kremes in my car at the time. Damn pain in the ass coppers

atleast you didnt get a red zone ticket for having a foot of your bumper sticking out into the red zone cuz the idiot behind you didnt know how to park and took up half of your space. Oakland metermaids sure are bored.

Used to work in Oakland years ago near West Oakland bart. One day I got bored so I bought red and yellow traffic paint and painted the curbs in front of our building. Called the metermaids who came and ticketed all the commuters who parked there because bart was full. Laughed like hell watching dumb ass cagers trying to tell metermaid that the curb wasn't red when they parked there that morning. :laughing :laughing :wow
