Can almost predict the headlines on this later on:
CNN: Keystone Pipeline Leak Causes Natural Disaster
BBC: Environmental Catastrophe as Keystone Pipeline Leaks
NBC: Wildlife and Public Health Threatened with Oil Leak
NYT: Safety Concerns as Controversial Pipeline Ruptures
Fox: LIBERAL NATURE STEALS 210,000 GALLONS OF OIL - LOCK UP CROOKED HILLARY!

FYI. This is NOT the Keystone XL pipeline thats been debated over the past couple years. Based on the location it would be the Phase 1 part that was put into operation in 2010

Also worth pointing out that this is one of the largest oil pipeline spills, but the rail spills have been much worse

Not the first Keystone leak either

"Keystone Leak Worse Than Thought

The rupture, which went undetected by pipeline owner TransCanada, has spilled roughly 17,000 gallons of oil in South Dakota.

I do recall one of the Sioux protesting the new pipeline, which was being routed under / through their water supply, asking "If it's so safe, why not run it through Bismarck [ND]?"

Please leave political commentary out of the thread or we will move it. I would prefer to leave these alone.

Up to you guys.

is there a way to tag a tread title "political" with an icon or smiley/emoji? just as an indicator that it may contain political information but not actual political discussion?

That would just take it directly to the political forum.

Either people adjust or we will move them when they become such.
There are things that can be discussed without making them such.

Soon as you say Trump this or Obama this or that or say GOP this or DNC that, shit is headed towards being moved.
