Lucky bastards. What's your transportation situation for bikes? Does a track day provider run the track days or does COTA hold the events? Have they lowered their prices for next year?

I'll miss Friday practice but will be there Saturday and sunday.
Yeah, I'm lucky to have friends that are originally from texas. Getting hooked up big time. Not sure about prices.....yet

I noticed today that it is the second race on the schedule instead of argentina like last year. Wonder if they did that on purpose

Seems like roughly the same week for COTA, just the 3rd race of the year.

The wife and I are considering to go to COTA next year as well. Austin is a great town!!! Biggest hold back for me is the almost inevitable MM win.... Nothing against MM, but if I'm going to travel and shell out the bucks for a race would like some suspense!! :laughing

With the rule changes we may get it though! Anyway, sounds like you have some good hook-ups so you're set! Only US GP in a sweet town, can't go wrong.

It will be my first time for a track day at thunderhill in march. I've done other places but not that track. This spring is gonna be fun :thumbup

the MotoGP weekend's proposed Fri nite GNC may well be enough to convince Tuono Joice & me to revisit COTA - Austin's a ton o'fun

the new Michelins & spec software could negate any MM dominance, at least that early in the season
