Broken porcelain around the electrode on cyl 1 & 3. New plugs and the Family Truckster purrs like a kitten.

All 6 of them were gnarly, I don't think the previous owner ever changed the plugs.

I would bet could before plugs. Swap the coils with the other “good” ones and see if the misfire moves.

I would probably defer to Rob’s diagnosis, since he retired expertise on these, but checking the coils is easier than anything else.
I agree swap the coils clear the codes ,retest .The old cars it was always the plugs , the new cars it's usually the coils , it's probably just one cyl . Yes do plugs if they have dark rings around the bottom of the porcelain , then there leaking and old , ngk or nd ( oe heat range ) bosch platinum are junk . Just did all the coils and plugs ,on me F150 used motocraft plugs and a good quality after market coils , some aftermarket coils are good some are not . Some cars it's best to do all the coils once they start to go , especially if they are know to have coil problems , honda's don't have many coil problems , it's better to install one or two oe coils the a bunch of cheap aftermarket ones .

I found this from Bob the oil guy

There are bunch of Odyssey with 200K+ miles which never had this service done. This is not very common service on the Honda given manufacturer says do it only if noisy. However, tight valves don't make noises and if you don't adjust and had that case, you would have significant expense to fix the resultant damage.

Make your own informed judgement and take the responsibility for the decision.
