Hi BARFers,
I picked this Ducati up last year. I wanted a 1098 so bad when it was launched, I realized my dreams with this bike.
When I bought it, it didn't have a title. Fun story. Took me over 6 months to get a title via lien sale and a ridiculous amount of DMV fees. It has a clean title, is registered with plates and everything up to date. You're welcome.
The bike was tracked by the previous owner. I did the same. This bike got me back into track riding after a 6 year hiatus. I never thought I'd drag knee again. I ended up dragging elbow. And not while crashing.
About the bike:
- 12k miles
- regular oil changes, every 3-4 track days or 6 months
- brake fluid recently flushed
- fresh pads end of last season
- Pirelli DOT slicks de-chicken-stripped
- offset triple tree, sharper handling and more stable ($$$)
- quickshifter
- brand new chain
- levers
- Chinese front and rear fairing (had them custom make a 'monoposto' rear tail), quality has come a long way on these, they fit very well
- Termignoni pipes, these had no catalytic converter from the factory
- Traction control works. Really well
BARF SPECIAL PRICE: $6.5k firm af - I'm feeling charitable today, may go up closer to the CL special of $7k if nobody jumps on this.
I adore this bike but I have too many Ducatis. And I want a damn supermoto. This is a great deal for someone.
Please PM me if you have any questions or if you're interested. Willing to trade for supermoto +cash. Open to other trades too.
I only have track pics for now, the lower fairing is red now instead of carbon. Rest is identical.
