2008 Suzuki SV650-N ABS model. 28,3xx miles. SOLD
The good: Durable, reliable and endlessly practical motorcycle. Bike is straight and rides perfectly. Has:
Chain and sprockets are new (less than 1,000 miles ago). Valves were checked at 26k miles, all in spec. Oil has always been Shell Rotella T6 since I've been taking care of it (~1.5 years).
The Bad: Salvage title, some crash damage on the right-hand side from at least 2 previous owners ago. (Makes an excellent learning bike as it's already got those first few dents and scrapes!) Couple small nicks in the tank paint from belts and tank bags. Needs tires: If you buy the rubber, I'll mount and balance them for you at Motoguild.
This was my girlfriend's 2nd bike and daily commuter for the past year or so (after she upgraded off her Ninja 300 that she's still mad at me for making her start on). Now she's on her dream Thruxton so this SV is just taking up space in my parking spot.
PM me if you'd like to take a look. Bike is northeast Oakland/Peidmont area.
*edit* I don't know why the pictures aren't loading here. But if you click on all of the broken links it will take you to the hosted page.
