2008 Carson Rebel X Toy Hauler - 17'

AFM535

ex-AFM these days
SOLD

----------------------------

This is a 7' wide trailer, not the usual 8'. If you have parking space constraints (my situation) or you like towing with great visibility and some maneuvering room, this thing is the ticket. There aren't many options in this width.

Full bed, fold down side bed, fridge, kitchen, bathroom, room for 2 bikes.

I bought it new and made some modifications that make it a great track day or race hauler:

- Weight distribution hitch
- Oversized propane tank
- Dual batteries
- 2 pitbull trailer restraints. This allows 2 bikes to be parked in the trailer, and still use the main bed. Axel pins for a CBR, R6 and GSXR can be included.
- Rolling wire racks for tires and toolboxes that exactly fit around the 2 parked bikes (again with the bed down).
- Custom flip-down metal plate to make it easier to load rolling boxes.
- Custom spare tire mount on rear door

Overall condition is good. I recently replaced the power supply and leaf springs. This has only been used for road racing, no dirt bikes / sand dunes. The awning fabric is in rough condition over the door. I purchased a replacement fabric kit (pictured). This should only take an hour or so to replace - haven't had a chance to do it yet.

The current model year is basically the same thing, for $16k. Asking $8k with weight distribution hitch, racks, trailer restraints, etc.
