2004 HONDA CRF70F Good Price or Not???

I'm in the market for a Dirt Bike for my Son (9yrs). I was looking into the 2004 Honda CRF70F. I shopped around but the lowest I found was for $1500 OTD (includes the $100 cash back so basically it's $1600 with 100 rebate). Does this look like a good deal or not?

Yeah thats not bad at all. I got a '03 XR70 for $1580 otd, and the only place around that would give me that deal was Mission Honda.
