Super clean looking. I love the Monsters from this area. GLWS!
From LA? Or the 90s?
Agreed the TerBlanche-designed first-gen monsters look the best. This was the 3rd-to-last year and I think the first with fuel injection. Very historic bike for Ducati, as it made the company a mass-volume manufacturer, compared to what it was in the 80s and early 90s.
I believe it's the frame from the 851 superbike with a different linkage and the 900ss motor. People say these bikes are slow, but you will carve up a twisty road with it, and it feels really peppy where it counts. Owners also report the motor is very reliable and can gor for 80,000 miles or more. There (was) a giant aftermarket for this thing as well--you can get parts to make this into anything from a full-on racebike to an ADV.
