Pretty sure those are Saudi's. The Iraqi's are not nearly as traditional in their clothing (lack of money). The countries with more money dress much nicer (like seen).

I tried to do some stuff in my wife's car (shhhh, don't tell her, I got enough hell for looping her bike) the other day; parking brake was too weak to initiate a spin on dry ground at the speeds I was going :cry

If the car is front wheel drive, put some plastic serving trays (from taco bell etc) under the back wheels, pull the emergency brake to hold the tray under the real wheels, and drive, you can spin the car at 5 mph. You might want to put two trays under each wheel since you will wear through them as they drag.
