You just dont see them like this anymore... while she isnt perfect - she is incredibly clean for a 30 year old car; I get compliments virtually every time I drive her.

The engine is running super strong. Compression check yields 170 to 175psi on all cylinders; makes great power obviously. The 5 speed manual transmission shifts smooth in all gears, no pop outs or grinds. The interior is in great shape, minus the driver seat bolster (which i canvas patched up), and features a Pioneer Bluetooth stereo CD player with USB plug in. A Viper alarm system is also installed, as well as HID headlights. Otherwise she is 100% stock.

Only real con is that there is damage to the driver's side door (see pics). I have a replacement door that is in better condition, you can have it upon purchase of the car. There is also a notable ding near the center of the hood, and some of the bumpers have a bit of very minor surface level imperfections, but otherwise the body is in really remarkably excellent shape. No accidents whatsoever, everything lines up perfectly as it should.

All fluids have been very recently changed, and the valves adjusted. Timing belt was changed and is in great shape (have pics upon request). New tires, spark plugs and windshield also. A new catalytic converter and muffler were installed just a couple years ago. Must see in person to appreciate this specimen; most cars you go and see them and they are much worse than pictured/expected - not this car.

It took me 8 months of daily searching to find a white EF Si as clean as this one. I went to see several cars that owners claimed were nice - they wernt. This one is. Sure if you wait long enough and look hard enough, you *might* find a cleaner one, but is not gonna be $4k - I can assure you of that. I get $3k offers all the time (online); every Honda/civic enthusiast that sees it is blown away by its condition and agrees it is worth $4k easily.

As someone who had a CRX with AC... these cars are already slow. Adding AC makes them even slower... not to mention the gas mileage drops by like 30% :laughing

yea its a really cool car, and gets a lot of attention on the road, especially in the condition its in.

I dunno, dont think these are that slow... well OK i drove my 2010 Honda Odyssey (V6 van) the other day, and well, i had to admit its faster than my Civic Si :laughing ....but no where near as fun to drive!

and btw, i've gotten 40mpg in this baby during a tank that had a lot of freeway (ahem 75 to 80mph) and when i made some very token effort to conserve fuel. worst i've ever got while racing it around was about 36mpg :teeth
