10-25 AM ride?

My regular friends are a) going dirt riding and b) getting up earlier than I would like to go do it.
So who's open tomorrow with this short of notice? I can show every/anyone where Marshes Flat road is then 49 to the turnout, then either back to Coulterville or through Hornitos/Snelling. Or whatever you'd prefer.

I can roll out of my garage at 9am, but probably not any earlier. I know me. Meet you in Waterford @ 9:30 or Oakdale @ 9:15 or the Chebron at Oakdale/Sylvan @ 9:05.

Anyone? Punisher? 08BladeRunner?

So, AFTER I posted up the original call, I checked my PMs. ThePunisher was asking if I'd be interested in heading to Del Puerto Canyon/The Junction and maybe Mines or 130.

He and I now have a plan to meet in Modesto at the Chevron on the corner of Woodland/Carpenter at 10:45am. Let's say kickstands up at 11am. I do the 76 station at I-5 and Sperry, so either there or the AM/PM across the street at 11:20am kickstands up heading to the canyon at 11:30.

110 miles. That's all ya get when you start late and go back the way you came.

Up the canyon wasn't too bad. One caravan of vehicles all bunched together coming down from Frank Raines, most of which stayed on their side of the DY.

Met StknRidr at the top and led him back down the hill. Usually I'm being led down the hill so it was a bit of a new experience to shepherd others.

Maybe one of these days Punisher or I can give more than 14 hours notice :wtf before starting off on a ride.

It's good to see some local folks getting together for rides. :ride
