05/06 zx6r forks and shock question.

Does anyone know what other bikes that the 05/06 shocks or forks is interchangeable with? Is there any other generation zx6r or zx10r that I can swap my shocks or forks with?

Specifically I am wondering if I can swap my aftermarket shocks or maybe even the entire forks from my zx6r to a 05/06 zx-10r.

I put this on the zx6r forum but no one seems to know there so I am throwing this here to see if anyone can help me out.

As I recall, the ZX10 was one or two years ahead of the ZX6. So, the '03~'04 ZX10 forks are the same as the '05~'06 ZX6. That would make the '05~'06 ZX10 forks ahead of the same year ZX6 forks. Might still fit, sizewise, but the internals and damping rates would be different.

No such thing as an 03 ZX10. 04/05 ZX10 forks are not the same as 05/06 636 at all. 03/04 636 and 04/05 ZX10 are similar, but not the same. 05/06 636 are similar to 06/07 ZX6P, but not the same.
