I'm 170 soaking wet outta the shower. For the tracks we race at (AFM) and with the current tires (Pirelli) no adjustments are needed and the tires wear beautiful and bike handles extremely well. That's my personal preference though. Kids weighing 50lbs lighter and men weighing 50lbs heavier can and have put this bike on the top of the podium all day. While I don't know the exacts of the front internals or shock spring rate, I can find out, I can tell you that when Zoran does my suspension IT WORKS. Does that answer your question :cool
