I dunno what moviwhatever is but Colite (so?) will solve any problem you have within an hour or two. I makes caster oil seem like smooth scotch and turns your ass into a fire hose. BUT you will be clean as a whistle.

Moviprep is what you take before a colonoscopy to ensure your bowels are empty

Moviprep is what you take before intestinal surgery for the same reasons

It empties you completely

Fwiw Colyte is a PEG as well it's just not AS effective (close though)

The instructions for MoviPrep, clearly written by somebody with a great sense of humor, state that after you drink it, ''a loose watery bowel movement may result.'' This is kind of like saying that after you jump off your roof, you may experience contact with the ground.

MoviPrep is a nuclear laxative. I don't want to be too graphic, here, but: Have you ever seen a space shuttle launch? This is pretty much the MoviPrep experience, with you as the shuttle. There are times when you wish the commode had a seat belt. You spend several hours pretty much confined to the bathroom, spurting violently. You eliminate everything. And then, when you figure you must be totally empty, you have to drink another liter of MoviPrep, at which point, as far as I can tell, your bowels travel into the future and start eliminating food that you have not even eaten yet.

:laughing

Coming late to this thread, but I've got my waders on just in case.

Dominic, sorry to hear about the leg. You're going to want to keep it still when you cut lose on the shitter - it's gonna start trembling something awful unless you get something to hold it down.

Good luck.

.... Will be giving up riding more then likely.

Riding is something I've fought with for a few years now. I am a full time single father and my boy is my world, but riding is second to him. I have literally put blood, sweat, and tears into my bike. I compromised and sold the sportbike and bought a cruiser. It limits (or so I think) the stupid things I can do, or the trouble I can get in. I have been in numerous crashes and can't kick the habit. If you are really done riding, I suggest you find your friends FB account on here and then delete your account... It's a drug, and being around it will suck you back in.

I'm glad you're okay and good luck healing! :thumbup

I'd say you're lucky you have have a great gf to help you pull through.
I crashed a bike in Japan while in the navy years ago. Only broke a wrist and bruised a thigh but knowing the ship left to go to Thailand of all places really sucked since I was on medical hold on base
plus you have people for support here on line.

Time to take up a textile hobby: Knitting, sewing, embroidery, crochet, cross stitch, paracord knots, whatever. Makes some sweaters or other gifts for Christmas. They're just really good to work on because you can always Just Stop (like, you know, when Nap Time hits real hard), and then later Just Start.
