Again, budman, his wife, his kids, (grandkids?) are the most important first n foremost. Not tgis donkey show. And if the offer came across his desk, high enough to take the level of him n his familys happiness higher, then more power to him and good job on creating sonethin so good that its highly desired by a more powerful company.

All i was commenting on, was how with his "dont trip, im not selling" thread, it definitely will have a negative effect on some. So no, im not knockin the guy for gettin paid, im jus pointin out that he did in fact, go vack on his word. To some people, that means somethin.

you're the new guy so you probably don't know the amount of stuff budman has done for the motorcycle community.

that he's changed his mind doesn't mean shit. not one bit.

that he helped grow, support, the bay area motorcycle community does. he paid for it with his own money, out of his own goodwill and spent a shitload of time on it. he's helped a ton of people and made a lot of friends along the way.

you new guys talk like he's shady. he's the last person anyone would call shady.

you don't see any old timers question budman's motives - it's the new guys making these mis-characterizations. you may want to consider why the old timers have so many positive things to say about him before questioning his character.
