I just the air quality around my area- Pleasanton,Oakland, SF - everywhere is below 30 ,then I checked Yosemite and they are at 685. Are the air sensors broken up there or is it just the topography. Hard to believe.

My lungs as I rode from the 140 gate through the 41 gate were hurting. I don't have a number to give it but was uncomfortable. Today walking my dogs to do their business a short distance here in Mariposa and I could feel it in my lungs. This crappy smoke is not fun at all, I think we all have had enough. My ride through the Little Dragon this morning wasn't nearly as bad.

I thought the national forests closed, & the national parks went along with.
Ca state parks have closed river access and internal parking along the 'Nue

I think it rained up there this morning so that will scrub the air a bit. Still very bad but good to see it’s on the way down

I have a funky little app on my phone...no idea of its accuracy, but I pulled the reading from "Yosemite Valley" off of it and yesterday at 4pm there was a AQI of 540, so I'm not shocked at 685. Looks better today: I see a 202 as of 8 a.m. today. Still sucky.
