Went to Streets of Willow with Trackxperience. Very organized and well run. The main difference which I absolutely thought was top notch, was they dont take a lunch break and you get an extra session.

Think about it, you have 40 minutes to eat lunch between any session you want. Why take a hour long break in the middle which actually becomes an hour and 40 minutes when you take in consideration of either having come off the track 40 minutes earlier or waiting another 40 minutes for your session.

Just something I thought was really good and as a paying customer I really appreciated the extra session.

Mostly because state law requires that workers get a lunch break, that's why every track closes. I'm really surprised.

I personally didn't mind the lunch break as it was a nice rest. I rarely would run all sessions (it's exhausting!)

I thought it was well run and no one seemed stressed at all. All the crew ate when they wanted and the cooperation between the employees was spot on.

Just my observation and I liked the extra session. I run every session. I pay to be there, I try and get my money's worth.

Most organizations use that lunch hour to clean-up the track...get crashed bikes and such. Other groups only shutdown the track if the rider is hurt.

TrackXperiance picks up bikes at the time of the incident, which causes delays or ends sessions early. It was a low incident weekend so there were few stoppages. If there were a few more crashes it would be a moot point.

Actually I forgot that I did basically lose a session. My buddy went down on his 1st or 2nd lap of the 2nd session for Level 3 on Saturday. I was just about to get on track and they red flagged it.

It was a minor low-side on turn 8, he was totally ok and walked away from the bike. They went out and picked up his bike with the truck, which by the time it was done there wasn't really any point in going out.

Most other groups would have just moved the bike away from the track, 2up'd him back in and let everyone keep riding.

Not complaining, it's just a different approach.

I lost a session too. I run old bikes (FZR400's) and an old CBR F4 with carbs. Sometimes I will lose a session making adjustments. :)
