Why no list of mechanics/ shops sticky?

This is a widely used part of the forum. So many times I've come here and found someone who can handle a mechanical question or recommended a shop that could take care of my needs..
Why is there no sticky listing those who do this for a living?:wtf
What's it gonna take to get a sticky created??
Mods how do we make this become a reality?

The sponsors list contains some

The sponsor link is at the top of every page

A list beyond that would look like free advertising for non-sponsors which is kinda not cool to those that do sponsor the site.
