Soap opera actress turned high school drama teacher, Lisa Glide, was sentenced to five years probation after pleading guilty to having sex with a high school student twice off campus. But the supposed 17-year-old victim says he pursued her. According to MyCentralJersey.com, at Glide's sentencing, the victim - now a college sophomore - sent a letter on her behalf claiming "Lisa Glide was not a sexual predator."

Seriously though . . .

A pedophile is someone who is attracted to per-pubescent children, like in under nine years old. All these women were charged with messing around with 14+ y.o. boys, which is typically high school age. I spent four years in high school, and there are no naive and fragile kids there. Yes, it was illegal for the teachers to mess with those boys, but I'm pretty they were already boning girls in their class. I've never met a 13-16 y.o. girl who didn't like sex. And definitely not a boy the same age who hadn't had some form of sex with a girl, regardless what their parents think.

There were 5,000 kids in my high school, and only the nerdy kids weren't getting laid. I knew quite a few teacher of both sexes who were getting t on with students, mostly the 17-18 y.o kids. I was propositioned by my 9th grade teacher, but I passed since getting under the skirt of a hard-body cheerleader was far more appealing. :thumbup

Umm, lets not forget that a couple of these teachers were let go just because of their previous career choices.

I know quite a few folks that are more than qualified for various jobs, but probably wouldn't get them because of their current work choices. Which I think is bullshit.
