Looks good.

I have been making sushi at home for a while now but recently my Ahi tuna connection quit carrying it for some reason so I am having to wait it out. I haven't been able to find a good quality salmon connection so I can't have my favorite sushi fish unless I go to a restaurant......

We do sushi at home once or twice a year and get most everything from Catalina Offshore Products. I've had some fatty variance in salmon, but it's been pretty solid.
