Thanks Budman!

Yes, dirt skills definitely crossover to street riding!

We've still got a couple slots open for the October 20th Beginner Adventure Class, so come check it out for a fun day learning in the dirt and hanging out with other riders!

Is a Ducati Hypermotard appropriate for this class?

Yes! The closed range exercises are held on a flat dirt training area. We'll also do some exercises on traversing obstacles and small hills, which the Hypermotard should handle just fine.

In addition, we'll focus on riding position for standing and sitting, which I think the Hypermotard is well suited for. The only bikes that I would hesitate to recommend for the class are sport bikes with aggressive riding positions or cruisers which would make it difficult to maintain good standing position for many of the exercises.

Let me know if you have more questions about the class. Would love to see you out on the range!

Would love to! Here's some pictures from earlier this summer with a couple beginner students, one of whom had actually never been on a motorcycle until the day of class. He was counterbalancing like a pro by the end of the day and he was able to go on some easy trails. Really proud of them!

Thanks, I dont have the resources to waste a day trying to find Jesus, when i am trying to get better at dirt biking.
I figured it was better to ask up front.

Wandering kings, sounds like a church group. Are you related to a religious organization and if so which one?

Not related to a religious organization, though I've been known to say a prayer when going down black diamond trails :laughing
