Training

Yikes, so many conflicting opinions and cherry picked chart reports.

I've never had formal training, but the 60 years of on and off road, skill building, (no accidents) has proved to be proof of real world value.

I know that CHP Motor Cops, are Awesome Riders.

They get the best training... Alameda Sheriff school for the public, must be A-1.

Some students are sure to slip under the radar in any school setting though.
Bottom line, it is up to, the student, whether the training has the intended value, or not.

Woah, lou.

Just settle down a bit and start all over.

We want you to tell us what you really think.

But first, go find the thread you were reading, and get the hell back in there.

There are people in there who probably don't know you've never had formal training or the fact that learning is up to the student.

You might want to mention 1 + 1 = 2, as well.

Go on, now... go!

Best training I ever had was riding with a friend who was an advanced instructor. He taught police in England.

We'd go for a ride, then drink coffee, or beer, and unpick everything. I learned SO MUCH!
