Traffic School Question

I received a ticket for 15 over. I heard even with traffic school law enforcement can still see I received a ticket due to some new law that passed in 2011. Does anyone here know if that is correct?

I've always believed that traffic school only masked the ticket from insurance but that LEO's/courts could still see them on your record...

this seems to support that position (non-official source though)

3. What are the advantages of attending school?

If you are eligible for traffic school, hold a non-commercial driver's license and successfully complete traffic school, the Court will notify DMV of a conviction that will be kept confidential. It will not show on your public record, nor will the point be assessed to your DMV record.

I don't know the answer to this. But who cares? The only thing I'd really care about is that it doesn't count as a point ans that insurance companies can't used it to raise rates. :dunno
