Eric and I are meeting at the Hollister SVRA vintage track parking lot tomorrow. We will ride Troll, Peet's, Jay and the Renz until we run out of electrons. We are both on Altas.

Bex and I will be there tomorrow at 8am. I will be testing out my newly acquired 2015 Zero FX. I just spooned-on knobbies today and want to get an idea about range for trail riding. Bex will be on her sexy new Husky tree-fiddy.

Butch, I got your voicemail this morning. I stuck around until an hour after you called and then took off. The ranger was nice enough to let me in before they were officially open, so I was on the trail by 7:45. I did one quick loop, went back to the van and dropped my tire pressures a little bit. My second loop was going really well until I landed a jump a bit hard and snapped the drive belt. Oops. Rebekah arrived about 8:40 and we hung out waiting for you for a bit before giving up. I saw you on the road as I was driving down the hill, so I didn't miss you by much.

Next time out I will have a chain on the bike instead of the silly belt. :laughing

I saw Beks driving down. Sorry I missed you guys. I wanted to compare the Alta to the Zero, back to back, side by side, to and fro, in an out etcetera.

I did a nine mile single track loop and went home to pull weeds clean the bathrooms and other fun stuff. Next time...

Since I snapped my drive belt after 5 miles, it wouldn't have worked out anyway. Chain kit ordered. :thumbup
